Once you reach out to us via phone or through our website form, we will contact you within 24 business hours. Upon initial conversation, we will complete an intake on the role, job description, budgeted salary, benefits, why the role is open, and how quickly it needs to be filled, etc.
During our initial meeting, we listen intently to the scope of work that needs to be done. If software implementation, reporting module implementations, construction management fee projects, timeframe, budget, expectations, etc. are needed, we will provide available resources and consultants to assist you through the process from beginning to end.
We begin by meeting with you, listening, and identifying the need or issue. We will determine the ability and means necessary to accomplish the needs of your company on a short or long term basis. We will also provide a step by step process to achieve an effective and efficient outcome.
Our response time is rapid and prompt depending on the need. We strive to answer and follow up in a timely manner as quickly as possible.
We communicate with our clients regurlarly with status call updates for Talent Searches, Projects and General Business Consulting. We want them to know where we are on things. We also do not want to bombard our clients with useless calls and emails, so we minimize it as much as possible to allow the client to do what they need to do, and they can trust us to do what we need to do to.
